How to Connect:

Mat Classes are pre-recorded videos.

Once you’ve registered (info above), you’ll receive a confirmation email with instructions to access your Mat Class. Each video is available until the start time of the next scheduled class… yay, more flexibility!


You will need:

  • Internet

  • Space to work, with a mat or towel for cushion

  • To be able to safely get down and up from the floor

  • Additional towels, pillows, large books, etc may be helpful

What to Expect:

These classes include exercises that are done on a mat or towel; lying down, seated, on all fours, and standing.  Objects you have at home, such as pillows, books, or rolled up towels may be incorporated into the class to assist alignment or enhance exercises.  With healthy biomechanics always a priority, Erin strives to offer a well-rounded, challenging, and invigorating Pilates experience. Become stronger and stand taller, all while improving your flexibility and balance! These classes are an approachable level, suitable for most people.
